Octomom's Son Restraining Order: 'Nadya Suleman is a Sick Woman,' Nanny Counters

Octomom's eldest son, Elijah Solomon, has requested a restraining order from a former nanny whom he has accused of harassing him.

The 11-year-old has accused Gina Bryson of obsessively calling and texting him according to legal documents that were obtained by TMZ. According to the report, Octomom Nadya Suleman fired the nanny over the summer prompting the slew of "psycho" calls.

But according to Bryson, the entire story is a fabrication to elicit more publicity.

"Nadya is a sick woman that has her definitions confused as she has claimed that I was obsessed with her children; the correct verbiage is love, I do love them and will continue to try to protect them against their mother's neglect, abuse and OBSESSION to use them to make a profit from," Bryson said in a statement to Radar Online.

Bryson was also accused of making false reports about Elijah.

"The docs accuse Gina of leaking false stories about Elijah to the media -- including a story about him sexually molesting his younger sisters, and a story that he watches porn," TMZ reported.

The 11-year-old was awarded a temporary restraining order on Friday. The judge ordered Bryson to stay at least 100 yards away and prohibited the former nanny from making any contact. Suleman revealed that she had plans to obtain two additional orders for two of her other children.

But meanwhile, Elija and his other 13 siblings are in the care of three different nannies while Suleman and her father remain in rehab.

Suleman checked in to rehab last weekend for substance abuse after claiming that she had become dependent on Xanax.

"Nadya wanted to get off the Xanax she was prescribed by her doctor and learn to deal with her stress, exhaustion and anxiety with professional help with a team of doctors," a representative for Suleman told TMZ after she had checked in.

Suleman's father followed her example a few days later, and also checked himself into the same rehab as his daughter, citing alcohol dependency.
