Facing Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder, the New York Knicks travel to the Chesapeake Energy Arena for this cross-conference battle in the National Basketball Association.

The match is on November 20, 2015 at 8:00 PM ET.

At the moment, the Thunder lead the Northwest Division in the Western Conference with a 7-5 record. However, they have little room to breathe as the Utah Jazz are only a half a game behind them. Finishing out the division are the Denver Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves and the Portland Trail Blazers.

Meanwhile, the Knicks are doing surprisingly well as they are third in the Atlantic Division in the East, only half a game behind the leaders - the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors.

They have a big lead over the chasing Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers who round out the division.

This is the first of only two meetings between the two teams in the regular season as their second match will be on January 26, 2016 and will be at the Madison Square Garden.

The Knicks are heading to the Thunder's domain carrying a two-game winning streak.

They have recently beaten the New Orleans Pelicans and the Charlotte Hornets as they now try to get their third straight win and get over the .500 mark this season.

Carmelo Anthony leads the team in scoring with 23.1 points per game, but he is now getting help thanks to rookie Kristaps Porzingis' presence on the floor as he averages 12.8 points and 8.6 rebounds per game.

On the other hand, the Thunder have recently been carried by the heroics of Westbrook.

The point guard has been filling up the stat sheets in recent games due to the absence of his superstar teammate Kevin Durant.

And his heroics have resulted in a win over the Pelicans in their last match, where Westbrook finished with 43 points, nine rebounds and eight assists in the 110-103 victory.
