New England Patriots vs. Baltimore Ravens will be the big game for Sunday Night Football. The match promises to be an exciting one with both sides desperate to improve on their stuttering starts to the season. The game starts at 8.20 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream (details below).
The Patriots come into the game 1-1 and will be looking to Tom Brady to help them get a second win of the season in this week three match up.
Baltimore Ravens are also coming into this match up with a 1-1 record, and will know that the Patriots will be one of the main contenders for the AFC title alongside themselves.
Both of these sides got impressive wins in week one only to stumble to loses in week two. For one side today it will be an opportunity to bounce right back and try to go on a good run of wins early on in the season. For the losing side today they will be left with a 1-2 record and will immediately put a big question mark over their season and title credentials.
TV sportscaster Al Michaels has told the Baltimore Sun coming into the game: "You've got two teams that played in the AFC championship game last year who are legitimate Super Bowl contenders, and who, according to their fan base, should be 2-0, but they're 1-1."
He added, "And now all of a sudden on Monday morning, you're going to have a fan base for one of them that's going to be on the edge of panic, because they'll be 1-2. And even though you're not really out of it, 1-2 doesn't sound very good when you think your team should be 3-0."
He continued by adding that the game is "an attractive matchup between two teams that last January were an inch apart at the end of the day."
On the big player matchup in tonight's game he said: "If this were a movie theater, outside it would say, 'Patriots versus Ravens, starring Tom Brady and Ray Lewis'."
