She loves him Yeah, yeah, yeah. A smiling Sir Paul McCartney tied the knot for the third time Sunday and today announced plans for an 11-city tour.

Sir Paul's On The Run tour will hit Russia, Europe, London, his hometown of Liverpool, as well as the United Arab Emirates. It will wrap up in the Beatles home city of Liverpool with a performance at the Echo Arena on Dec. 20 with tickets due to go on sale on Thursday.

The news wires had barely cooled with word of McCartney's wedding to American heiress Nancy Shevell when the tour was announced. The pair tied the knot in a civil ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London yesterday. Paul’s Daughter Beatrice was flower girl, and Nancy Shevell wore a white, above-the-knee dress designed by Paul’s daughter, designer Stella McCartney.

Fellow Beatle Ringo Star and his wife Barbara Bach along with Barbara Walters were in attendance. The happy troupe of about 30 met up at Paul’s London home for a reception afterwards.

This wedding was decidedly low key compared to Sir Paul’s first marriages to Linda Eastman and most recently to Heather Mills which, ended in a messy divorce.

Nancy Shevell and Paul McCartney have been an item since November 2007. She is a member of the board of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, as well as vice president of the family-owned New England Motor Freight dynasty.

The couple’s engagement was announced on May 6, 2011. Paul, is 69, Nancy is 51.

Of his new bride, Paul Says, “I love her so much. She is perfection. I am so Happy.
