The 38th annual People's Choice Awards have honored today's most-loved movies, actors, and singers during the ceremony Wednesday in Los Angeles.

Hosted by "Big Bang Theory" actress Kaley Cuoco, the 2012 awards show saw millions of Americans vote for their favorite stars.

Wednesday saw performances by country music superstar Faith Hill as well as a winner of the night, Demi Lovato.

Lovato performed her hit single, "Give Your Heart a Break," and beat Beyonce, Katy Perry, and Rihanna for the PCA of Favorite Pop Artist.

Recently single Katy Perry canceled her appearance at this year's People's Choice Awards despite having picked up seven nominations. Although she was unable to attend, the singer earned the night's most awards with five PCA's during the night.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 2" was also one of the night's biggest winners, earning four awards including Favorite Movie and Best Book Adaptation.
