Pokemon X and Y Leak Shows 2 Mega MewTwos and 2 New Fossil Types

More Pokemon X and Y details were leaked when pictures of a Japanese magazine showed a new type of Pokemon and the starters for the game.

The latest issue of Japanese magazine CoroCoro reveals there will be two MewTwo evolution forms, Mega MewTwo X and Mega MewTwo Y, as well as exclusive items in each of the games. Two of those items are Mewtwonite X and MewTwonite Y, stones that will evolve the regular version.

The secondary evolutionary forms of the starter Pokemon were also revealed to be Hariboogu, Teeruna, and Gekogashira.

Also, two new fossil Pokemon will be introduced and are rock/dragon type. The names listed for these are Chigorasu and Amarusu. According to iDigitalTimes.com, Chigorasu will have a new ability called "Hard Jaw."

Important to note, all these leaked names are the characters with their Japanese names. The English translations of what these Pokemon will be called are not available yet.

Last week the original starter trio from the first Pokemon games were announced to get a new evolutionary form: Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur.

The names came from a Japanese leak on 2Chan via r/pokemon on Reddit.

The list includes: Alakazam, Machamp, Golem, Gengar, Exeggutor, Kangaskhan, Lapras, Dragonite, Meganium, Typhlosion, Feraligatr, Xatu, Sudowoodo, Wobbuffet, Scizor, Heracross, Donphan, Tyranitar, Celebi, Sceptile, Swampert, Gardevoir, Sableye, Aggron, Zangoose, Tropius, Salamence, Metagross, Torterra, Infernape, Empoleon, Luxray, Drifloon, Garchomp, Drapion, Carnivine, Abomasnow, Porygon Z, Gallade, Serperior, Emboar, Samurott, Zebstrika, Scrafty, Cofagrigus, Zoroark, Galvantula, Druddigon, Bouffalant, Volcarona, and Genesect.

Director of Game Freak Junichi Masuda revealed a new Nintendo 3DS app called Pokemon Bank, which will allow players store up to 3,000 Pokemon online. Up to 100 boxes of Pokemon are allowed at once, and players may exchange data between different copies of the game.

Pokemon Bank users can also use the Poke Transporter app as well, according to Polygon.
