Police Save Christmas for Single Mom and Her Special Needs Toddler (VIDEO)

Credit :

Austin Hume, a single mom in Phoenix, was all set to give a happy Christmas to her special needs 2-year-old son, Maddox. The gifts were under the tree, and she was wrapping up her semester at school...but then burglars struck.

Returning from her job at McDonald's, she found her home emptied of nearly everything, including all the presents and the laptop computer that contained her final term papers. Christmas, and her semester, seemed ruined. But then Phoenix police stepped in and did more than asked to save Christmas for the Humes.

Officers tracked down Austin's laptop to a local pawn shop and retrieved it. And for Maddox, the officers delivered a bundle of Christmas gifts to the family's apartment.
