'Power' Season 3 Release Date & Spoilers: La La Anthony Returns as LaKeisha

TV series "Power" is set to return to the small screen soon for its third installment. Along with its return, there's also the comeback of a character who is known to have hooked up with Shawn (Sinqua Walls). According to Latin Post, actress La La Anthony is re-entering the show to reprise her role as LaKeisha.

Anthony posted on her Twitter account a photo telling everyone that she will be back for the third season. Her character LaKeisha was in love with Shawn. But as it turned out, she wasn't the only one who developed deep feelings for him. Her best friend Tasha (Naturi Naughton) was also in love with Shawn, which ultimately led to the downfall of their tight friendship.

However, at the end of season 2, Shawn got killed with a gunshot fired by his own biological father, Kanan (Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson). This left fans wondering whether LaKeisha and Tasha will go over their friendship again after the death of the same man they loved. Also, fans speculate that Shawn's exit from the show will bring Tasha closer to her husband James, aka Ghost (Omari Hardwick).
