The skirt and earrings have since immediately sold out at Topshop.

Fashion blogger Ashlin was standing behind the future Queen as she lined up at the cashiers. She said, “According to the cashier, Kate was actually in the store for a bit browsing and even went into the fitting rooms to try her clothes on.”

The staff who served her told People magazine: “She was low-key and casual – she seemed so normal.”

She continued: “She was really chilled out despite some customers in the queue behind her saying, "Oh my God it’s her" and pointing – she didn’t seem fazed by it all and she was really sweet.”

Kate is known to be very down to earth and famous for opting for high-street fashion. High street items she is spotted wearing tend to immediately sell out and sometimes even crash retailers’ websites due to the massive increase in demand once rumors of her interest swirl.
