If there are still some doubts in the minds of Drew Scott's fans regarding how serious he is with his "Dancing with the Stars" (DWTS) stint, then his latest revelation will likely change their minds.

In an interview with Fox News, the co-host of HGTV's "Property Brothers" revealed that he has already lost 30 pounds. "It's a lot. I'm seeing my abs like I've never seen them before," said the 39-year-old realtor.

Apart from enjoying his new physique, Scott noted that there he is also enjoying other benefits from losing weight. He also said that he is eating more now compared to before in order to maintain his weight. "This is like back in my high school and college days. I could eat like a horse and never put on weight," Scott explained.

He also said that he prefers losing weight on the dancefloor, as against exhausting himself in the gym. "I just love this, but instead of going to the gym to do weight training, I'm getting all the cardio and everything I need here."

Scott added that he hasn't done any cardio exercises since he was a teen. More than feeling lighter, Scott also shared that he is now enjoying a slimmer waistline, which now stands at 32 from his usual 34 inches.

Aside from Scott, another DWTS participant is also reaping the benefits of all the dancing and the preparation that goes with it. Violinist and performance artist Lindsey Stirling is also enjoying the benefits of dancing. "I have great abs right now — I'm not going to lie," shared Stirling in an interview with PEOPLE, excitedly stating that she has earned a six-pack.

"I'm not used to eating this much, but I lost 8 lbs. in the first two or three weeks, so now I'm on a new regimen," said the 31-year-old Stirling. She said that she had been eating steaks most of the time and taking heaps of peanut butter scoops for her calories.

"Dancing with the Stars" airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
