'Real Housewives of Atlanta' News: Newcomer Claudia Jordan Feuding With NeNe Leakes?

Is "Real Housewives of Atlanta" newcomer Claudia Jordan feuding with original housewife NeNe Leakes? That's one way to get noticed on the show as the the former "Deal or No Deal" model exchanged insults with Leakes while they were filming an episode on the beaches of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The website reports that Jordan was originally slated to be a secondary cast member on "RHOA" along with former "House of Payne" star Demetria McKinney. Leakes, along with Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore and Phaedra Parks are back for another season, while Porsha Williams will no longer be a full-time cast member, but will have a recurring role as a friend of the housewives. The Daily Mail reports that because of Jordan's altercation with Leakes, the producers of "RHOA" decided to give her a bigger role on the show.

According to the website's source, during the trip in San Juan, Jordan and Leakes began to argue while they were all having dinner together.

"Claudia kept trying to start an argument with NeNe to get attention," said the source.

The source said that after a few subtle digs, Leakes began to talk back and alluded to Claudia's reputation for sleeping with lots of men in Hollywood and wearing "cheap" clothes.

"NeNe called Claudia a pretender who was desperately trying to get a job on the show and living in Kenya's shadow," the insider explained to Daily Mail. "Claudia told NeNe that she was just a few years from being off the stripper pole for good and that if she kept spending all her money on plastic surgery, she would have to brush up on her pole dancing routine."

Watch NeNe Leakes and Claudia Jordan battle it out on the season 7 premiere of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" on Nov. 9 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
