The "Real Housewives" franchise is undoubtedly one of the largest in the world of reality television so it comes at no surprise that the cast mates who help make the shows successful, all reportedly receive substantial salaries.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey," which is said to be the franchise's most popular spinoff show, reportedly features the overall highest paid cast member, according to Star magazine.

Veteran housewife and breakout star Teresa Giudice, 40, reportedly earns $600,000 per season followed by a considerable bonus for participating in the reunion show special.

"The "Real Housewives of New York" stars Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer both come in at second place, reportedly each taking home $500,000 per season as well as bonuses.

Business Executive Vicki Gunvalson, of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," takes home $450,000 per season. The veteran housewife likely earns more than her fellow castmates because she is the only original member.

Outspoken and self proclaimed "rich" actress Nene Leakes, 44, of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," is paid $350,000 per season.

Cast members of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" also earn considerable incomes, although on average they reportedly earn less than other housewives.

Lisa Vanderpump, who like the majority of her cast mates is an original cast member, earns $250,000 per season, according to RadarOnline.com.

Adrienne Maloof and Kyle Richards, who also signed on from season 1, equally take home $200,000 a piece.

Original cast mate Taylor Armstrong, who some critics predict will leave the show in the near future, takes home $175,000.

Former fashion model Brandi Glanville, who joined in season 3, earns $125,000.

Richards' sister, Kim, who is also an original, takes home $100,000 as does newcomer Yolanda Foster, who joined for season 3.

The latest addition "The Real Housewives of Miami" is currently in its second season although cast salaries were not immediately available.
