Real Madrid Transfer Rumors 2015: Madrid Offer Final Deal to Sign David De Gea
Real Madrid are still locked in a furious battle to acquire the services of Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea, with the Premier League outfit standing their ground on the young star.
De Gea and his link to a move to the Santiago Bernabeau has been making headlines since the end of the season but there has still no concrete decision on will happen as the transfer window slowly closes.
Early reports claimed that Manchester United wanted a deal that would swap De Gea and Madrid defender Sergio Ramos, but with the latter seemingly ready to sign a new deal with the Los Blancos, the issue has been squarely put on the Spanish goalkeeper.

Ramos is reportedly ready to sign a deal worth around £7.1 million a year, and it leaves United without a target while it may lose one of their budding stars.
Only 24 years old, De Gea has been a target for Madrid as a replacement for Iker Casillas, who recently left the club after falling out of favour with the team's hierarchy.
And according to Jack Wilson of the Daily Star, Madrid are now set to offer their final bid on the shot-stopper, with a price tag of around £21.2 million.
However, United seem to be firm in their £25 million fee on De Gea, and talks may certainly stall once again.
United manager Louis Van Gaal has expressed disappointment in how the talks have gone down, and as a result, he chose to leave De Gea off the line-up in their first match in the Premier League against Tottenham Hotspur – a match they won 1-0 behind an own goal by Kyle Walker.
Despite this, De Gea has went on to claim that he is ready to play against Aston Villa in their next game, with Daniel Harris of the Guardian hailing the actions of the keeper, saying: "De Gea is prepared to play against Villa on Friday. What a man."
The transfer window closes at the end of Aug. 31 so expect more between the two teams in the coming weeks.
