However, "Revenge" fans are already wondering about what the season finale will have in store. Furthermore, Nayer revealed "Revenge" star Emily VanCamp's reaction to the major character's untimely death.

"I was standing next to [VanCamp] when she was sobbing over that passing, and I promise it will be surprising and impactful and alter the journey of all the characters on the show," he said.

Nayer also warned "Revenge" fans that the season finale would be a cliffhanger, and that viewers should pay special attention to the episodes final two scenes.

"It's going to be a totally different show next season- a reincarnation," he told TV Guide.

Meanwhile, fans wondering about if Gail O'Grady would return to "Revenge" will be disappointed to learn that she will not appear in season three, according to TV Line. Nonetheless, Nayar said that viewers can look for Jack's mom/Conrad's ex next year.

"I can almost promise you we'll see her again next year," the executive producer told the website.

"Revenge" airs on ABC Sundays at 10 p.m. EST. The synopsis for this week's "Revolution" is as follows: "The Graysons gain leverage, so Emily adopts a new persona to unmask them."

Spoilers surrounding "Revolution" included Victoria and Pascal who will get engaged. However, their happiness will not last long after Emily kidnaps Pascal, as revealed in this week's promo video.
