Rihanna has garnered pregnancy rumors again after running offstage during a performance in Portugal.

The Bajan singer was hyping the crowd while performing the hit song What's My Name, then abruptly ran offstage.

Although the 23-year-old eventually returned and the show went on, fans took to Twitter to express their concern.

Rihanna responded by tweeting, “yep! i ran off stage to throw up, halfway thru Whats My Name…made it back juuuust in time for RudeBoy."

Many suspect Rihanna is suffering from nausea, which is a common symptom of pregnancy.

The pregnancy rumors are even more shocking because the We Found Love singer recently told Ellen she was single. Rihanna confirmed that there is no special man in her life, but suggested she is open to love.

“I am not dating anyone right now… I am not dating at all… I am not necessarily happy being single. It’s not really that cool," Rihanna said.

The singer has been linked to singers Chris Brown and Drake, and more recently baseball player Matt Kemp.

The pregnancy rumors are not the only drama Rihanna faced while in Portugal.

She recently told fans that she was the victim of racism after a man verbally attacked her.

"I just met the most racist [expletive deleted] EVER!!! This man said the craziest [expletive deleted] abt black women called us dogs, sluts, we don't look like [expletive deleted], we don't belong in the same hotels," Rihanna tweeted.
