Rihanna Happy After Chris Brown Split, Content Being Single? 'No Man Needed'

Rihanna is reportedly enjoying her newfound singledom and currently not interested in dating following her split from Chris Brown.

The Bajan singer, 25, ended her on-and-off relationship with Brown for good in May after growing tired of ongoing issues over his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. She is now said to be focused on living her life drama-free with a source revealing she simply does not "need" a man in her life at this time.

"It's not like she's done with the [Diamonds] tour. She's only got a little more than a month to chill out," a source told HollywoodLife.com about Rihanna.

"That's no time for her to be trying to date anybody or complicate things with some dude. She's cool with that," the source explained adding, "No man needed."

In a recent interview Brown, 24, revealed that while he is no longer dating Rihanna, they are still good friends. While the "Diamonds" singer reportedly still loves and supports Brown, she is content with their split.

"She's cool without him. She was Rihanna before him," a separate source said. "No shade, but it's cool. She loves him and wants him to be great."

Rihanna and Brown dated on-and-off for five-years prior to their most recent split and while they were able to move past their infamous 2009 domestic assault incident, their relationship simply did not work out.

The relationship reportedly taught the pop star a lot about the importance of having trust in a relationship.

"[Rihanna] learned that without trust, you ain't got s---. You have to trust the guy you're with and vice-versa. When trust is gone, everything is bad. And that's something that's hard as f--- to repair," a source said.

"It can be done, but both people have to be mature and willing to work on it. It's not possible if only one person puts in the work," the source explained.
