Rob Ford's crack video, which was recently revealed by a drug dealer going by the name "Jermaine," doesn't show some of the worst parts of the infamous Toronto Mayor's night, the dealer alleges. Rob Ford got into a fight with his longtime associate Alessandro Lisi and repeatedly used a racial slur to denigrate an African-American Toronto housing official, according to Jermaine.

Rob Ford's crack video was taken Saturday night by the 20-year-old drug dealer at Kathy Ford's house and still photos of the drug-fueled night were released to media outlets including The Toronto Star and the Globe and Mail. The man, who said he had supplied the crack for the evening to the mayor's sister Kathy, recalled that Ford beat Lisi three separate times during the night.

"Poor Sandro was crying like a baby," the drug dealer told The Toronto Star, adding that he was down on the ground getting hit. Kathy Ford had to intervene.

He also said Rob Ford used the n-word to refer to Eugene Jones, head of Toronto Community Housing.

"No n----- gets fired in my town," Ford said, Jermaine recalled. "When I get re-elected that n----- is going to be back in charge."

In the video, which has not been released but has been viewed by reporters, Ford also inhales from a metal pipe and blows out white smoke. Not long after rumors of Ford's second video smoking crack surfaced, the Toronto mayor announced Thursday that he would take a break from his re-election campaign and seek help for substance abuse. Deputy Mayor Norm Kelly is now in charge.

"I do not see this as a crisis of government. Nothing's changed," Kelly explained. "I have to assume the responsibilities of mayor. This transition is effective immediately."

Though Toronto officials see Ford's implosion as a serious incident, comedians have taken advantage of the controversy on late night shows with irreverent jokes at the mayor's expense. Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" had particularly amusing barbs in his monologue.

"He announced that he is checking into rehab," Fallon said. "He said he entered rehab this week to del with the problem swiftly, and also 'cause Monday is Cinco de Mayo and he ain't missing that."
