Robert Pattinson has reportedly sold the Los Feliz, Calif. home that he once shared with Kristen Stewart.
The British actor, 27, first purchased the three bedroom, three and a half bathroom home in 2011 however he put in on the market for $6.7 million in September and on Jan. 14 it sold for a reported $6.3 million, according to Trulia.
The luxury house is said to be located near Stewart's own home and it holds many memories for the former couple. The pair, who dated for five years before splitting up in May last year, would often spend quality time together there with their dogs Bernie and Bear.
Pattinson first moved out of the luxury home three months after his split from the "Twilight" actress, 23, which reportedly left her devastated. He moved into a slightly more luxurious $3.7 million Beverly Hills mansion, which was previously home to pop star Britney Spears, and it features 5-bedrooms; 6-bathrooms; an oak sports bar and a swimming pool and spa.
"It is extremely temporary, it is just convenient for him while he is filming his movie and taking meetings," a source told HollywoodLife.com back in August.
"It's a great central location and also very safe. So Kristen [Stewart] might be mad that he moved away, but it's only about 9 miles away and he isn't going to be there forever," the source explained.
The Hollywood stars reunited in October for the first time since their May split, which sparked reconciliation rumors.
Pattinson is currently abroad filming his upcoming movie "Queen Of The Dessert." While he and Stewart are not back together, insiders claim they are committed to rebuilding their friendship and that a rekindled romance has not been ruled out.
"Being away from each other has actually made them closer," an insider said.
"Kristen and Rob have been keeping in touch by Skyping," the source revealed. "They make sure to Skype at least once a week and text in between, and send each other funny photos."
