According to UPI.com, customers will only have to pay if they want advanced tickets through Ticketfly.com on August 8. August 9 the general admission free tickets will be available, and last year they sold out 50,000 in just a few minutes.
The 36-year-old Thicke created a little controversy with the music video for "Blurred Lines" because of his use of nude models in the video. The video garnered over a million views on Vevo in just a few days, but was eventually pulled from Youtube for violation of the site's policies.
The song features hip-hop artist's T.I. and Pharrell Williams.
"The album is called Blurred Lines. I've realized as I've gotten older that we all think we're living either in a black or white world, or on a straight path, but most of us are living right in between those straight lines. And everything you thought you knew, the older you get, you realize, I don't know nothing about this. I better pay attention, I better listen and keep learning.' So I think that, that's what I've been realizing these past few years," he said on Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club."
Thicke has released seven albums since 2003 and has written for many artists including Jordan Knight and Christian Aguilera.
