Korean cellphone company Samsung has officially debuted a pair of new Android handsets, the Galaxy Ace Plus and Galaxy M Style.

Both smartphones come with their own list of defining features. Samsung’s new smartphones are among the company’s lower-end Android device offerings.

The Galaxy Ace Plus is a revamped version of the original Ace smartphone model. The phone has received a number of hardware improvements. The TFT screen maintains its earlier model’s 480 x 320 resolution, but it is now a little larger at 3.65 inches.

The updated handset also has a 1GHz processor and 512MB RAM, an increase in internal storage to 3GB (with 1GB for apps), and the inclusion of Bluetooth 3.0 technology. The Galaxy Ace Plus also has a 5-megapixel camera with an LED flash. The Ace Plus runs on the Android 2.3 operating system and Samsung's TouchWiz skin outfits the smartphone as well.

Samsung’s new smartphone is launching in Russia this month, with Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa coming soon afterwards.

The Galaxy M Style bears a closer resemblance to the company's more standout handsets. The part-metal body encases the smartphone in a 4-inch Super AMOLED display. The smartphone contains only 4GB of internal memory storage, however.

This smartphone also has a single-core 1GHz processor. However, the amount of RAM for the device has been unannounced thus far. The Galaxy M Style’s main camera has a 3-megapixel sensor, while the front-facing shooter is VGA.

The handset also includes a DMB tuner, plus it runs on the Android 2.3 operating system with TouchWiz compatibility.

Samsung’s latest smartphone comes in a variety of color combinations. The three colorways available are blue/black, white/silver, and lavender pink.

It’s set to ship in Korea at a retail price of $500. No official release dates have been announced for either smartphone, but they are expected to launch soon.
