Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Specs News: Upcoming Android Flagship Phablet Not-Expandable?
In less than a few weeks, Samsung is set to launch its latest Galaxy Note smartphone. And as the rumored announcement date draws near, more and more alleged specs are being revealed.
According to a recent report by GSM Arena, the latest superphone by Samsung could lack one thing that Android users want to have – a microSD card slot.
In the report, respected leaker @evleaks mentioned that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 may not come with a microSD card slot. While the device is expected to come with several storage options, the lack of a microSD card could be a deal-breaker to some.
In addition to the lack of a microSD card slot, Evan Blass of @evleaks also tweeted that the Galaxy Note 5 will come with a 5.66 or simply 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, a 4GB RAM, an Exynos 7420 chipset, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, a 16MP primary camera and a 5MP front shooter.
Aside unveiling the Galaxy Note 5 on August 13, the Korean manufacturer is also expected to announce the Galaxy S6 edge+, which is a bigger and possibly more powerful Galaxy S6 edge.
