Samsung Galaxy S6 Rumors, Update: Next-Gen Flagship to Arrive With 4GB of RAM, S6 Edge to Have to Curved Sides

Recent reports about the two upcoming marquee phones from Samsung indicated that the next-gen Samsung Galaxy S-series flagship device will have a higher amount of RAM while its other variant will arrive with a more "pretentious" design than its predecessor.

For one, GSMArena.com cited a report from a Korean publication about the Samsung Galaxy S6 saying that the device will feature 4GB of RAM. Previous rumors meanwhile indicated that the S5 successor will have one less gigabyte of memory.

"We will not be hugely surprised if the Galaxy S6 is available with 3GB or 4GB of RAM depending on its hardware configuration -- LG did this with the G3," the site speculated.
