When it comes to display, the LG Watch Urbane is bigger with its 1.3-inch P-OLED screen, which has a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels. The Gear S2 is a bit smaller with a 1.2-inch circular Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 360 x 360 pixels. The Gear S2's display has been found to be sharper than that of its LG competitor. However, the Urbane takes the bacon home when it comes to color reproduction, the report details.

Taking a look at the design, the LG Watch Urbane has a sophisticated and classic style with a digital crown button on the right side, which is used to wake up or put the device on sleep mode. In contrast, the Samsung Gear S2 has a sporty and modern style with its rotating bezel and two navigation buttons on the right side.

As for the internal features, the Gear S2 runs on a dual-core Exynos 3250 chip at 1 gigahertz. The Watch Urbane, on the other hand, runs on a 1.2-gigahertz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC. Both have 512 of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage, the report relays.

The Tizen OS makes the Samsung watch run smoother, especially with the rotating bezel. The apps compatible with the OS number to about 1,000. The Android Wear OS of the LG watch has sparked the interest of more developers, and it allows users to take advantage of the sync app to use iOS apps. Samsung, on the other hand, still has not announced when its smartwatch can be synced with Apple devices.
