The San Antonio Spurs will take on the Boston Celtics on Wednesday evening with the Spurs commencing a six game stretch on the road with tonight's game in Boston. The game is scheduled to start at 6.30 p.m. CT and can be watched online through free live stream via the link below.

The San Antonio Spurs have gotten off to a good start to the season so far with a record of 8-3. However, they come into this match up with a number of ket injuries to their front line.

The Spurs lost to the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday by a score of 92-87, which completed a disappointing 1-2 homestand for San Antonio.

Meanwhile the Celtics are having a mixed season and come into this game at 6-5 trying not to fall back down to .500. The Silver and Black won the only game last season, 87-86 in Boston in April. In that game the Spurs had five players score in double figures, with Danny Green scoring a team-high 14 points. Tim Duncan added 10 points, 16 rebounds and 3 blocks. Meanwhile, the Celtics were led by Rajon Rondo's 17 points and 11 assists, and Avery Bradley added 19 points off the bench.

Overall the Spurs lead all-time series 41-38 and are tied 20-20 in games played in Boston.

An interesting connection between these two teams is that Celtics' Head Coach Doc Rivers previously spent two seasons with San Antonio, averaging 4.4 points and 2.0 assists.
