San Antonio Spurs vs. Denver Nuggets Live Stream: Spurs Look to Push Win Streak to 4

Both the San Antonio Spurs and the Denver Nuggets are riding win streaks ahead of their clash at the AT&T Center in the NBA.

The defending champions carry a 37-23 record, good enough for seventh place in the Western Conference.

Many have claimed that they have lost a step as the aging group doesn't seem to dominate like they did in recent times, but after pulling off three straight victories, they might be gearing up for a strong finish.

Gregg Popovich's team beat the Sacramento Kings twice and the Phoenix suns to build that streak, and they have scored over 100 points in the wins – seemingly as a sign that they have found their comfort zone in the later stages of the season.

Tim Duncan is having a solid season so far, averaging 14.3 points per game while grabbing 9.6 rebounds. Most importantly, the "Big Fundamental" has stayed healthy throughout the course of the season.

Kahwi Leonard may have missed a chunk of games due to injury, but when he plays he has been impressive. He leads the team in scoring with over 15 points a night, and has limited his turnovers per game to an average of 1.5 per outing.

As for the Nuggets, a 22-39 record means they have little to no chance of reaching the playoffs this year. With the Western Conference easily the tougher side between, wins are important and the Nuggets do not have the star power to compete. Despite winning back-to-back games, they have only won two of their last eight road matches.

Ty Lawson leads the team in scoring with 16 points a night, while he also leads in assists with almost 10 per contest.

Kenneth Faried has played spectacular at times, but his inconsistency leaves the Nuggets wanting more. He is averaging 8.7 rebounds per contest and 11.4 points per game.

The two teams have met twice this season, with the Spurs winning on both occasions. After this match in Texas, they have their final meeting in April.
