Michael Oher, offensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens and inspiration for the Award-winning 2009 biopic "The Blind Side," received support from actress Sandra Bullock, her adopted son Louis, and his real-life adoptive family, the Tuohys, while playing a stellar game at Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans, La. on Sunday.

Bullock, who played Oher's mother in the 2009 film, attended Sunday's game at the New Orleans Superdome with her 3-year-old adopted son Louis, who wore an Oher Baltimore Ravens jersey with the number 74 imprinted in the sleeve.

"The Blind Side," which earned Bullock her first Academy Award, features the story of a Christian family that adopts a homeless teen and encourages his love for football, and is based on the real life of Oher, who was born to a crack-addicted mother and an absent father in Memphis, Tenn. He grew up with 11 biological brothers and sisters before being adopted as a teen.

"[Bullock] follows Michael's career every step of the way," Leigh Anne Tuohy, Oher's real-life adoptive mother, has said of the actress, according to The Daily Mail.

"It's funny ... I'll get texts [from her] during the game: 'Why did they do this? They should have done that,'" Tuohy added.

Also in attendance at Sunday's game were Oher's real adoptive father and multiple brothers and sisters, who sat with Bullock and her son during the game.

Oher, 26, played an excellent game Sunday, throwing up a number of blocks as the Baltimore Ravens excelled 28-6 over the 49ers in the first half of the game.

Although the 49ers did manage to catch up during the game's second half, the Ravens ultimately won 34-31, marking Oher's first personal Super Bowl win.

"We both just darted for each other and he picked me up," Leigh Anne Tuohy told ABC News on Monday of the experience of hugging Oher after the game.

"He was so excited and I was just sobbing," Tuohy continued.

Tuohy added that she and her family still see Oher as one of their own, saying:

"Families don't have to match … You don't have to look like someone else to love them. There are wonderful kids all over this country who need a forever family. And we believe there are no unwanted kids, just unfound families."

In a press conference before the game, Oher also expressed his love for his adoptive family, saying:

"I've got them coming to the game ... They're still my family."
