'Scandal' Season 3 Finale Spoilers: Who Will Survive the Bomb? (VIDEO)

"Scandal" wraps up its third season with a literal bang tonight on ABC. Who will survive the bomb planted by Maya "Mama" Pope? Read on for spoilers of tonight's episode.

"This final moment will be divisive. Some people will think, 'Thank God, yes, that's exactly what we wanted to see happen.' Other people will be up in arms," Scott Foley (Jake) told The Hollywood Reporter of the final scene. "Twitter will explode. Explode! Last season it was the 'dad' moment. This season it's not so much an 'Oh my God!' – you're either going to love it, or you're going to be up in arms. And I have a feeling there's going to be more people up in arms."

As it stands, viewers realized that Maya had killed a U.S. Senator in order to get President Grant (Tony Goldwyn) at the funeral for an assassination attempt. She and her cohorts buried a bomb inside the building where the funeral was to be held. However, Cyrus (Jeff Perry) learned of the plan and detained Fitz once he learned that Fitz's rival, Sally Langston, would be at the funeral and could be eliminated just days before the election. He sat idly by, not mentioning a word of this to the President and seemingly gloating over his "victory" and decision.

"The final shot of the episode is not anything I could have imagined weeks before – or the episode before," lead actress Kerry Washington told THR.

At the same time, Huck and Quinn have seemingly reunited after a brief moment together in a parking garage. However, in tonight's episode, it appears that Charlie has something that could ruin their relationship. He is seen giving Quinn an envelope while moving out of her apartment. Charlie claims that the documents will ruin any happy feelings she has toward Huck and herself. Will she open the envelope? And what sort of intel does Charlie have?
