'Scandal' Season 4 Cast News, Episode Spoilers: OPA to Welcome a New Gladiator, Liv Defies Grant Administration

The famous fictional crisis management team in ABC's hit political thriller TV drama series "Scandal" is said to welcome a new gladiator. Meanwhile, Olivia (Kerry Washington) goes into an offensive mode in this week's brand new episode titled "A Few Good Women."

A spoiler report from International Business Times indicated that after the exit of Harrison (Columbus Short) and Abby (Darby Stanchfield) from Olivia Pope & Associates, Liv will need an extra hand to continue to operate her firm.

With only Quinn (Katie Lowes) and Huck (Guillermo Diaz) remaining, a new gladiator is said to come over to fill in the void.

TV Line said that the new associate might be introduced in Season 5. This "new person," however, is not a stranger for those who ardently followed the show as "Olivia has already crossed paths with him or her." The site went on to hint that this character has already appeared as guest-star in the show.

Before we know who the new OPA member is, the upcoming episode 21 will see Olivia going in an offensive mode. A synopsis posted on The Futon Critic indicated that Pope will continue to defy the Grant administration as she now finds herself working with Vice President Ross. The summary pointed out that Liv is tasked to defend a woman in the navy.

Meanwhile, Quinn and Huck give all their best to get answers about the B613 issue. Mellie (Bellamy Young), on the other hand, continues her campaign for Senate.

It was reported that "Scandal" Season 4 won't be airing this Thursday, April 30 to give way to the 2-hour special episode of "Grey's Anatomy." "A Few Good Women" will instead be aired this coming May 7 on ABC.
