'Scorpion' Season 2 Plot News: Paige to Meet Walter's Parents

It was reported that the fifth episode of "Scorpion" season 2 will have the team struggling with something not particularly related to their line of work.

The Scorpion team will be experiencing problems socially in an upcoming episode. Character of the series, Paige, played by Katharine McPhee, and Walter, played by Elyes Gabel, will have to go through the milestone of meeting Walter's parents.

With that, it was revealed that this will be the first time for Paige and Walter's parents to meet each other. This will be a pivotal moment in their relationship since only one other family member has met Walter's team. A previous episode saw his sister, Meghan O'Brien, played by Camille Guaty, meeting the Scorpion team. She has even fallen in love with a member of the group, Sylvester Todd, played by Ari Stidham.

However, with their undefined relationship, the two will experience a surprising encounter when Walter's mother enters the picture. The two have decided to keep their relationship strictly platonic in order to keep the focus on work. However, Walter's mom is expected to suspect something between Paige and Walter.

It was revealed that Walter's parents will be played by the actors Glenn Keough and Pamela Shafer.

Meanwhile, the team will be having some fun as they go undercover in their upcoming case. Titled "Super Fun Guys," episode 5 will have the crew exploring the set of a superhero movie taking place in Kazakhstan.They will be needing to dismantle a nuclear missile that was planned to be sold to terrorists.

Episode 5 of "Scorpion" season 2 will air on Oct. 19. Details about the sixth episode were also revealed. The episode will be titled "Tech, Drugs, and Rock 'n Roll." The synopsis reads, "A nefarious virus is uploaded to Walter's computer that turns the team's new "smart" building project into a burning death trap with people locked inside."
