The unexplained photo comes almost one month after reports of a pregnancy first began swirling. Sources previously claimed the couple was expecting a third child exactly one year after the birth of their daughter, Penelope Scotland.

"Kourtney has confessed she's expecting. She's very excited and only telling a select few right now - but she just couldn't keep it quiet any longer," a source previously told Hello magazine.

"Kourtney has that kind of glow she had with Mason and Penelope [and] they wanted to have one right after Penelope," the source said. "I know Kourtney and Scott have been trying. So a baby now makes sense - it's very easy to get pregnant after giving birth once, let alone twice."

In July, it was claimed that both Kardashian and Disick, who star in "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," accepted a lucrative offer made by executive producer, Ryan Seacrest, to star in their very own TV show. The couple, who has dated for six years, reportedly agreed to have another baby and get married for the show, according to Star magazine.

"Producers have made it clear that they expect a wedding and a baby," a source told Star magazine adding that the couple was offered "a massive paycheck to do the show, and [Kourtney] and Scott are going for it. Ryan wants to groom Kourtney to be the next Kim."
