According to CrossMap, Sagal will be portraying the role of May, an executive assistant to John Warner. Her character may play an important role in the investigation since she has been employed by the Warner clan for so long. She is considered as family and her words about Eric can be crucial as well.

Sagal is most known for her character in the recently ended motorcycle gang drama "Sons of Anarchy." She played the administrator of St. Thomas hospital, Margaret Murphy.

Despite the second season's production already seemingly developing well, there have been no announcements yet of its return on TV. Recently, Deadline released ABC's midseason schedule and "Secrets and Lies" has been noticeably absent. However, many are positive that the announcement for the show's second season airing date will come sooner or later as many expect to watch it in 2016.
