Selena Gomez Bonds With Jennifer Aniston at 'Cake' Movie Party

Selena Gomez is a famous celebrity, but she can't help but express her admiration for another star at a Hollywood event.

Gomez embraced Jennifer Aniston at the Perrier-Jouet And Cinelou Films event for Aniston's critically-acclaimed movie "Cake" on Dec. 5. The 22-year old took to Instagram to share a picture of the two of them with the caption, "I have not only been following her career as a fan since I was 8 and now get to watch her completely transform in her new movie CAKE. I have gotten to have real conversations with such a real heart, made my entire year. #cake #goseeit."

Gomez is referring to Aniston's physical transformation to play a woman living with chronic pain in the film. Aniston's performance in the film is said to be generating major Oscar buzz.

According to Hollywood Life, the "Friends" star has been a confidante to Gomez in both her working and personal life. Aniston, who had a very publicized marriage and divorce, and had several romances before findingthe right one in Justin Theroux, is said to have given Gomez advice on her relationship with Justin Bieber.

Gomez and Bieber have an on-off relationship, and two recently split last month. Bieber has been seen in the company of Hailey Baldwin, and Gomez is reportedly not happy about it. Bieber has even changed his look since splitting with Gomez, and is now sporting platinum blonde hair.

Aside from Aniston, Gomez has been reportedly leaning on her good friend Taylor Swift during this difficult time. She has also started reviving her musical career as of the moment, with her recent performance at the American Music Awards marking her return to performing and making music.
