A fellow Disney alumnus Selena Gomez has been accused of mocking Miley Cyrus' VMA performance by sticking her tongue out during the Monday night premiere of "The Getaway."

Gomez is known far partaking in silly behavior and Monday night proved no exception when the former "Disney" star was photographed sticking her tongue out while at a Monday night premiere for "Getaway." Dressed in a black, flowered dress with her long hair curled and tied back in a ponytail, the actress and "Come Get It" singer was captured tilting her head and sticking her tongue out at the camera.

On a normal day, it may have seen like normal Gomez behavior, but following a performance by Miley Cyrus at the VMAs, which was riddled with tongue-out dance moves, some accused the 21-year-old singer of mocking the "We Can't Stop" singer. Gomez's pose appeared remnant of Cyrus' stage entry, said one report.

This wouldn't be the first time that Gomez has been accused of mocking a fellow celebrity. Earlier this year Gomez was accused of mocking her on-again off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber by wearing a mustache on a late night show after Bieber admitted he was unable to grow one. Again, in 2011, Lady Gaga was allegedly irate at an MTV award show because Gomez appeared on stage wearing an over-the-top wig that appeared to mock Gaga's own outlandish headgear.

"Gaga was fuming at Selena's slight at her," a source told SugarScape in 2011."She couldn't believe Selena had gone there, she was stunned. She takes her art very seriously."

Gomez did not comment on whether she was purposely teasing Cyrus, but she did note in a previous interview that the people who you surround yourself with have a big impact on who you are.

"You are who you surround yourself with, especially on tour," Gomez told Hollywood Life. "I have a very strong family and good friends. I just want to do things that people end up respecting me for."
