Shakhtar find themselves second in the Ukrainian Premier League and they have not lost in their last seven games across all competitions.

In the quarterfinals, they were given the task to face Sporting Braga and they put on a dominating performance by winning both legs to move on.

Shakhtar got the 2-1 win in the first leg, which was the away leg of their battle with Braga before completing the win with a 4-0 win at home.

Now they are only a few games away from featuring in the final of the competition, and they begin at home where they hope they can continue their excellent form.

On the other hand, Sevilla are seventh in the Spanish La Liga at the moment and are still out of the European places in Spain.

However, if they win the entire Europa competition, they automatically qualify next year as defending champions.

While they have had their struggles in their domestic run, Sevilla have proven to be a strong team in the Europa – beating out Atletico Bilbao in the quarters.

They needed penalty shootout to oust their rivals, but Sevilla kept their composure and did just enough to get the victory they need.

Now they are looking to get a good result away from home to set the tone for the second leg to be played in Spain.
