The extraordinary claims are being made as a battle for custody of Ariel Winter, Chrystal Workman's other daughter, intensifies.
The claims have been made by the publicist himself, according to TMZ, who reports the news could play a "critical role" in the custody battle for Ariel.
Publicist, Jonathan Hay has claimed that Chrystal Workman contacted him recently saying that she had nude photos of her own daughter Shanelle that she wanted to secretly release to the public, according to TMZ.
Chrystal Workman lost custody of her 14-year-old daughter, Ariel Winter, after Winter claimed her mother had physically and emotionally abused her, according to RadarOnline.
That same publication has claimed that it has obtained messages sent by Chrystal to the publicist:
Chrystal: "What are you thinking about the caption?"
Chrystal: "Everything on that photo should show since she is trying to steal my child. Yuck."
Chrystal: "Let me know when the photo is out."
Hay has said, "In all my years of being a publicist, I have never seen anyone stoop as low as wanting to sell out and destroy the reputation of her own daughter.
"Crystal said she wanted the public to see Shanelle for who she really was and smear her daughter in attempts to try and get custody back of Ariel."
He continued, "Crystal has called me nonstop in the last 48 hours, trying to get me to leak these pictures. Clearly, Ariel is in the right place with Shanelle and away from her mother."
Hay has also said that the Chrystal hounded him all week about conducting the leak of the photos, which he says are eight or nine years old, according to TMZ.
Hay has reportedly already been contacted by Ariel's legal team and may be subpoenaed to testify against Crystal.
