Shark Week 2014 Schedule: Discovery Channel to Air 13 Specials
The much-loved, long-running Discovery Channel series "Shark Week" fest has returned once again for more "shark-filled specials."
"Shark Week 2014" officially aired last Sunday, Aug. 10, 2014 and according to the Discovery Channel website, the show will run until Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014.
In the latest edition, fans will enjoy 13 specials that will cover more about alien sharks, zombie sharks, mega sharks, hammerheads, and a whole lot of others.

Right after the early night showing, the fun continues as "Shark After Dark" will follow. The segment will be hosted by Josh Wolf who is known for his witty jokes. He will be joined by other celebrity guests and shark experts to shed more light about topics.

(Tuesday) August 12, 2014 – "Monster Hammerhead" #ExtraSharky (8:00 pm) followed by "Alien Sharks: Return to the Abyss" (9:00 pm). At 10:00 pm, "Lair of the Mega Shark" will air to be followed by "Shark After Dark" at 11 and "After Shark After Dark Live" at 12 am.
(Wednesday) August 13, 2014 – "Lair of the Mega Shark" #ExtraSharky (8:00 pm), followed by "Zombie Sharks" at 9:00 pm. Next will be "Spawn of Jaws 2: The Birthing" at 10:00 pm to be followed by "Shark After Dark" at 11 and "After Shark After Dark Live" at 12 am.
(Thursday) August 14, 2014 – "Zombie Sharks" #ExtraSharky at 8, to be followed by "I Escaped Jaws 2" at 9 pm. Next will be "Sharkageddon" at 10 pm to be followed after by "Shark After Dark" and 'After Shark After Dark Live" at 11 pm and 12 am respectively.
(Friday) August 15, 2014 – "Megalodon: Extended Cut" at 8 and "Megalodon: The New Evidence" at 9.
(Saturday) August 16, 2014 – "Sharkageddon" #Extrasharky will air at 8 to be followed at 9 pm with "Great White Matrix" and at 10 pm "Sharksanity."
"Shark Week 2014" will be the 27th edition of the shark special from Discovery Channel.
