Simon Cowell Confirms He Is Dating 'Adorable' Carmen Electra

Simon Cowell recently confirmed that he is dating Carmen Electra after months of speculation, although the pair is said to be taking their relationship slow.

The "X Factor" judge and producer, 53, has been photographed on various dates with Electra, 40, in recent months and on Wednesday he confirmed that they are indeed more than friends, according to Mail Online.

"She's not my girlfriend. We're people who date. She's adorable, isn't she?" Cowell told radio host Ryan Seacrest.

Cowell, who has been linked to a number of women in recent months, was first spotted on a date with Electra in September. The model recently opened up about their relationship on the "Wendy Williams Show."

"Well you know he's very intelligent I respect that, he's such a business man and he's just been a really great person," Electra told Williams.

"He brought me on the guest just on Britain's Got Talent in London and he could've asked anyone to do it so Im just really grateful for that. He's a supporter, he's kool," she added.

Cowell, who ended his engagement to make up artist Mezhgan Hussainy in 2011, is said to be happy dating for the time being and is not in any hurry to get married.

"Making the choice to get married is something you just have to decide when the time is right," Cowell previously told Star magazine prior to calling off his engagement.

Electra has been linked to various Hollywood celebrities and was once married to basketball star Dennis Rodman and rock musician Dave Navarro.

Her marriage to Rodman lasted five months while she stayed married to Navarro for three years. In 2008 Electra prepared to get married for a third time to guitarist Rob Patterson, although the pair eventually called off their engagement.
