'Sleepy Hollow' Season 2 News, Spoilers: Abbie and Jenny Confront Their Past

Things are getting weirder in the hit supernatural TV series "Sleepy Hollow" Season 2 as the 9th episode titled "Mama" hits the small screens this Monday, Nov. 17, at 9 p.m. on Fox.

According to spoiler reports, the show will delve in more on the family dynamics as the synopsis for the episode reveals: "A series of mysterious deaths at Tarrytown Psych leads Abbie (Nicole Beharie) and Ichabod to discover that an especially surprising spirit is involved in the all-new 'Mama' episode of Sleepy Hollow."

Also in the recently-released trailer, the video revealed Abbie and Jenny's (Lyndie Greenwood) mother is the one being confined in a shrink and has become a "ghost killer."

Scenes progress showing the duo, together with Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) investigating the wrecked asylum.

"This place turns her into a monster," Jenny said.

"We do this together," Abbie meanwhile told her sister.

TV Line further dished out some info in the upcoming segment saying that fans might still want to keep an eye on the "witch."

"I'm still not sure we can trust the witch, especially when she does something like what Katia Winter previewed during TVLine's set visit earlier this season. The actress said that even though Katrina isn't on Henry's side, in an upcoming episode, she pretends to be for a little bit. She wants to get close to him so he can come back to her and Ichabod," the site said.

"As you may expect, that causes a big rift between her and Abbie, because Abbie obviously sees him as a big threat," the website added.
