Crane & Co. Try to Stop a Disease Spreading Via the Internet in 'Sleepy Hollow' Season 4 Episode 8

Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) and company deal with one of its biggest enemies yet — the internet — in "Sleepy Hollow" season 4, episode 8, "Sick Burn."

In this installment, the crew discovers that a disease is being disseminated with the use of the internet, specifically via a video that infects anyone who views it some sort of "fire flu."

"Heroes Reborn" and "Once Upon a Time" actor Robbie Kay guest stars in "Sleepy Hollow" season 4, episode 8 as Logan MacDonald, an internet sensation, who is likely the person featured in the video.

Molly (Oona Yaffe) happens to be a huge fan of Logan and it looks like she will fall victim to this "supernatural infection," as the synopsis calls it, by watching the video. A fan like her would not want to miss out on her celebrity crush's latest upload.

In the promo for "Sleepy Hollow" season 4, episode 8, Crane is seen doing a horrible job at convincing the public not to use their mobile devices to access the dangerous viral video.

"People of Washington, your mobile device is a weapon. Switch them off ... now," he shouts to the people, who looked at him like he was a crazy man.

After his failed attempt, Diana (Janina Gavankar) tells him that his plan to stand in the middle of a public place barking at people to stop using their smartphones was bound to be futile.

However, as seen in the promotional still from "Sleepy Hollow" season 4, episode 8 embedded above, Crane and company will figure out a way to connect to people.

If they can't beat them, they might as well join them, which is what they appear to be doing in the image. It looks like they will put their message across with a video as well.

Apart from this mayhem, "Sleepy Hollow" season 4, episode 8 will also see Molly have a "frightening vision that could predict a bleak future."

What could that be? Fans will learn in "Sleepy Hollow" season 4, episode 8, "Sick Burn," airing Friday, Feb. 24, at 9 p.m. ET on FOX.
