Sofia Vergara Wedding, Baby Plans Revealed

Sofia Vergara has opened up about her upcoming wedding with businessman and fiancé Nick Loeb this week.

The "Modern Family" star candidly admitted that planning was not one of her strong points, and that an elaborate wedding ceremony was not important.

"I've never had to plan for anything," Vergara told Cosmo magazine. "I know I'm not going to get any more shows like 'Modern Family.' If it ends in five years, it would be great to do movies and focus on things like my Kmart line. Maybe have a kid. But I am going to be working my whole life. I love making money!"

The Emmy-nominated actress continued to explain her easygoing plans to walk down the aisle.

"[My fiancé] was already married with a big wedding and I was already married with a big wedding, so we're going to do something, but not right now," said Vergara.

The 40-year-old actress has one son, Manolo, from a previous marriage. She became engaged to Loeb last summer and the pair plans to have kids. In fact, Vergara has been very open about "freezing her eggs" and using a surrogate.

"I will have to use a surrogate because I had thyroid cancer and lots of radiation," said the actress speaking to Cosmo. "I don't want to wait forever, but not yet because I'm working like an animal!"

As for how she met Loeb, Vergara once recounted that her fiancé was easy to talk to.

"The most important thing was that he was very handsome," the actress told InStyle last year. "But he was also very funny, talking to me like a normal person."

Meanwhile, Vergara recently added a 9-piece shapewear line to her fashion collection at K-Mart.

"My shapewear launch is very exciting and really fun for me because that colors and materials are so sexy," she told Women's Wear Daily.

The starlet already has collections at K-Mart that include handbags, dresses, sweaters, shoes, boots, jewelry, and home accessories.

"This has been a great adventure starting with clothing and accessories, fine jewelry and watches, and most recently hosiery and underwear," said Vergara. "Now with shapewear, we have covered most of the stuff I've wanted to do."
