The Xperia S is Sony's flagship NXT device and packs the biggest punch out of the three. The smartphone features a 4.3-inch HD display with a Mobile BRAVIA engine, along with a 12-megapixel camera that takes pictures in just 1.5 seconds from standby.

The Xperia P debuts Sony's new WhiteMagic display technology that delivers the brightest viewing experience in any setting. It automatically adjusts the brightness of the screen to its surroundings in order to conserve battery life.

The Xperia U features a stylish and compact design that consumers can personalize inside and out. Its transparent element illuminates to match the color of photos viewed in the gallery or the album art of music tracks currently playing. It can also be personalized with exchangeable color caps and themes. It also has xLoud and Sony 3D surround sound audio technology integrated into its music player.

The Xperia NXT series can be purchased in the U.S. at Sony retail locations. The smartphones can also be found online at sony.com/NXT, Newegg.com, and through other internet retailers.

The Xperia S is available unlocked in black and white and retails for $559.99.

The Xperia P is available unlocked in silver, red and black and retails for $479.99.

The Xperia U is also available unlocked in black and white and retails for $299.99.
