'Spectre' news: Bond girl Stephanie Sigman talks 'James Bond' and experiences on set

To be a qualified Bond girl, one has to be smart, stunningly beautiful, and always ready for any situation: Stephanie Sigman has it all and she is ready to share her experiences, including some with co-star Daniel Craig, the current James Bond.

In an interview with news.com.au, the 28-year-old shared her experiences on set, referring to herself as "difficult as an artist." She says she is fond of difficult people, as well as signs of difficulty in people mean that they are "perfectionists and they're passionate."

Turning the conversation toward her co-star, Sigman said she was surprised when she met Craig, noting that she found a "true artist" and a "real actor on set." The Bond girl was first worried since she has not met the actor before but she said Craig has helped her a lot during filming.

When asked what is the best thing about working with a certain Daniel Craig, she responded with no hesitance, "He's hot. The best thing he has is his charming personality."

Sigman recalled one time when they were doing a long shoot with too many technicalities, and since she was considered as a "newbie" in the industry, Craig helped her "move with the camera" and gave her tips and advice during the shoot, which the younger star took positively.

While the role is Sigman's biggest gig in the whole of her career, she is also the first Mexican Bond girl who will step into the James Bond upcoming installment "Spectre."

The actress, known for her performance in the 2011 film "Miss Bala," said there were a lot of expectations from people following the announcement of her role, but she has put everything aside and has decided to just focus on her character and in making sure she will deliver a successful performance.

Sigman is also collaborating with Belvedere Vodka and is seen in the franchise's global advertising campaign, in the form of a TV commercial that talks about "a journey revealing the intricacies of the legendary martini cocktail."

Spectre is slated for an initial release on Oct. 26, 2015 in the United Kingdom.
