St. Louis Rams vs Seattle Seahawks: Watch National Football League Online, Live Stream, Start Time, Preview

The NFC Champions take the field for the first time in the regular season.

Starting their season away from home, the NFC Champions Seattle Seahawks travel to the Edward Jones Dome to face the St. Louis Rams in the opening week of the National Football League.

The match is on September 13, 2015 at 1:00 PM ET.

With the disappointing way the previous season ended, the Seahawks are back with a fresh start and still with the core of the team intact – enough to make a statement for them to be the team to beat this campaign.

Russell Wilson is back and re-focused and players like Marshawn Lynch are always dangerous when on the field.

On the other hand, the Rams look like they're built for the future and the team still boasts a strong defensive game, while Nick Foles will probably implore a running game on the offensive end of the spectrum.

As for injuries, the biggest piece missing for the Seahawks is three-time Pro Bowl safety Kam Chancellor.

He is currently trying to get a better deal than what he has now and coach Pete Carroll has confirmed that he will miss the season opener.

An intimidating presence, his absence can be a key piece that St. Louis may take advantage of when they have the ball.

For the Rams, Todd Gurley is still nursing his knee injury but there are positive talks that he is expected to return to the line-up soon – just not in week one against the Seahawks.

During the game, St. Louis' pass rushing should be on full display as they are considered one of the best teams in terms of pass rushes in the game. The ability of Russell Wilson to stay upright in the pocket will be tested as Seattle has never had a strong offensive line.

However, the Seahawks have Lynch on their squad and is a constant threat and as seen last year, he can completely carry the team's offense on his back.
