'StartCraft' HD Remaster – No Continuation/Expansion?
Since the release of the original "StarCraft" game in 1998, it had several expansion packs with award-winning gameplay, plot and storylines. It took more than 10 years before the sequel, "StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty" to be released by Blizzard. The latest expansion pack of the sequel named "StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void" was released just last year. This could mean that the new game will purely be just an HD Remaster with no accompanying expansion.

GameSpot points out that it is also unknown if it will have both the single-player and multiplayer gameplay from the original "StarCraft" game. Furthermore, there have been questions whether the Brood War expansion packs will also be included in the game.
