Nick Lachey’s wife has changed her name from Vanessa Minnillo to Vanessa Lachey on Twitter Sunday in an opposite move that Demi Moore is likely to take on the social media site.

The Lacheys were wed four months ago, and the newlywed commented on her new handle. “I LOVE my ‘new name,’” posted Lachey on her Twitter account. “@VanessaLachey? Has a nice ring to it.”

Following her divorce announcement from Ashton Kutcher, frequent Twitter user Moore is expected to change her handle from @MrsKutcher in weeks to come.

The 49-year-old actress announced last week that she was ending her six-year marriage over “values and vows” that she holds sacred.

Moore’s marriage to Kutcher was long-suspected of being on the rocks after the 33-year-old “Two and a Half Men” star was rumored to have been unfaithful.

In her statement last week, Moore said: “It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”

Shortly after Moore’s statement, Kutcher posted on Twitter, “I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK.”
