'Street Fighter V' Rumors: Is the Last Season 2 DLC Character Set To Be Revealed in the Very Near Future?

Rumors hinting that a character named Zeku may be the last Season 2 addition

Season 2 of "Street Fighter V" has already featured the arrival of five additional characters, with those being Akuma, Kolin, Ed, Abigail and Menat. There is still one more Season 2 character to go, however, and the time for this individual to be unveiled may be here.

Some of the folks from Capcom will be present at New York Comic-Con this weekend. To be more specific, they are expected to show up onstage at the event on Oct. 6.

The developers have not shared what exactly they will be doing at the convention, though the latest "Street Fighter" game as well as "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" are expected to be featured.

As SegmentNext pointed out, the developers over at Capcom have made use of conventions in the past to make big announcements related to their games. A downloadable content character reveal can certainly qualify as a big announcement, and it is one that can excite fighting game fans who will be attending the event.

Developers have not handed out any clear clues hinting at the identity of the final Season 2 DLC characters. Probably the best clues they have given were some really vague silhouettes.

Still, more than a few fans now expect that the final Season 2 DLC character added to "Street Fighter V" will be Zeku, and that is due in part to the predictions made by an individual who goes by the name of "Flowtron."

"Flowtron" is an EventHubs user who just so happens to have made some remarkably accurate predictions in the past, particularly related to Season 2. Zeku is the lone character "Flowtron" predicted to be added to the game that has yet to be revealed thus far, though that may be changing sometime soon.

More news about the DLC additions coming to "Street Fighter V" should be made available in the near future.
