'Suicide Squad' Movie Release Date News: Jared Leto Leaves Fellow Cast Members Scared

News details about the plot of the upcoming film "Suicide Squad" have been revealed.

The upcoming DC Comic film is expected to feature the secret group of villains, acting as an anti-hero team. The recent trailer for the film showed several prison scenes that feature Deadshot, played by Will Smith, and Harley Quinn, played by Margot Robbie.

It was revealed that the group of villains is expected to accomplish a mission for the United States government. However, they are under the surveillance of the government, having a small explosive attached to them just in case they go out of line.

Recently, a spoiler for the film showed Harley Quinn, as a hostage by The Joker, played by Jared Leto. While the film is expected to show them as separated individuals, the two are portrayed in the comic books as partners, with Harley Quinn as The Joker's sidekick and girlfriend.

With that, it is reported that the upcoming film will explore the origins of the popular DC villains. It will also illustrate the beginnings of Harley Quinn's relationship with The Joker.

It was reported that the upcoming film will have Jared Leto's portrayal of The Joker as disturbing. It was said that Leto will use method acting as his approach for the character. According to his fellow actors, his portrayal of the character left them scared. Even the director of the film, David Ayer, mentioned that the upcoming Joker is "crazy" and commended Leto for his portrayal. He even explained that Leto's Joker will be in line with Heath Ledger's portrayal of the role.

In an appearance in Dubai, Leto gave a sample of his character. It was reported that he had approached an audience member who was wearing a Batman T-shirt and let out a Joker laugh.

"Suicide Squad" is expected to premiere on Aug. 5, 2016.
