According to a report in International Business Times, the episode titled "Not Just a Pretty Face" will set a tone of change not just for the firm but also for the personal lives of those who are part of it.

The preview video notably has Donna confronting Harvey about his "running away" after he tells her that he loves her. It also shows Louis, Harvey's long-time rival telling Donna that Harvey "has no idea how lucky he is to have her."

There is some speculation as to whether Harvey and Donna will finally get together. Sarah Rafferty, who plays Donna in the series revealed in an interview that her character is questioning "whether Harvey is a match for her or whether he's ready for what she's looking for."

At this point in the series, Mike's secret is now out. Mike is also contending with his professional personal relationship with an associate at the firm, Rachel. One report in CarterMatt talks about the tension between the two characters. It says that this growing tension has to do with Harvey who despite Mike's being out, still "treats him as his number 2" when it is Rachel who has the law degree and has worked her way up as an associate.

The other side of the tension comes from the problematic romantic relationship between Mike and Rachel. The question posed by the report is whether Mike will be ready to take their relationship to the next level.

The official synopsis of final episode also says that Donna will be helping Louis out in a crisis situation, which none of the reports made any speculation about.
