'Suits' Season 5 Cast News, Spoilers: Harvey Finds Donna's Replacement in This 'Scrubs' Alum
This week's latest episode of the hit legal TV drama series "Suits" Season 5 will see the new face who will replace Donna's (Sarah Rafferty) chair after the latter chose to work for Harvey's (Gabriel Macht) long-time rival, Louis (Rick Hoffman).
A new casting report from TV Line indicated that "Scrubs" star Aloma Wright will recur on the current season of the USA Network series as Harvey's "new legal secretary" named Gretchen Bodinski.
She will be making her debut in the highly-acclaimed scripted program on this Wednesday's episode titled "Compensation."

Aside from playing Nurse Laverne on "Scrubs," the actress's other TV credits also include appearances on "Days of Our Lives," "Scandal," "Private Practice," and "Parenthood."
As for the character itself, executive producer Aaron Korsh revealed to TV Guide that Gretchen isn't exactly the "opposite" of Donna. In fact, Harvey is hiring her "in reaction to losing Donna."
"He doesn't want another Donna; he doesn't want that situation again," the show runner said.
For Donna's sake, Korsh also teased about her working dynamics with her new boss.
"It's going to be rickety. It's a process of dealing with what happened. Donna wants to work for Louis, but Louis also tends to shoot himself in the foot whenever he gets anything going. It's like they're at a very fragile point at all of their relationships. Any little thing can mess up that fragile point," the executive producer explained.
"Suits" Season 5 Episode 2 airs this Wednesday, July 1, at 9 p.m. on USA.
