Surface Pro 3 With Windows 10, Made for Business
Microsoft's latest tablet, the Surface Pro 3, is looking to be Windows 10 ready. Though the tablet isn't looking to dethrone the Apple iPad in the market, Microsoft is determined to continue down the tablet line.
Chief executive Satya Nadella says that the company is fixed on its continued support for the Surface Pro line.
"We believe a strength of the Microsoft platform for enterprise is the rich ecosystem of hardware and applciations developed by our partners, the community at large and some of our own teams at Microsoft," he says in a statement.

The Surface Pro line is intended for business users, as stated during the tablet's launch.
"In particular with Microsoft Surface Pro 3, we are now offering an enterprise-class device that can deliver great end-user productivity," Nadella says.
A number of major brands like BMW, Coca-Cola, and Lotus F1 are already using the tablet for their businesses. A few months back, the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center handed out some 2,000 Surface Pro 3 tablets.
"Most businesses are buying Surface when their employees need a laptop and want to avoid having to buy and carry an iPad too. One device means less to buy, deploy, manage and secure. The Surface Pro 3 is for work," said Brian Hall, the Microsoft Surface general manager.
Aside from the availability of the tablet for all corporations, the company is also offering Surface tech support to aid companies in establishing Surface operations.
As for Windows 10 support, the Surface Pro 3 will be able to upgrade to it when it is released to the public. In the meantime, they are rolling out updates to improve the tablet's Wi-Fi connectivity as well as some other issues currently unannounced to the public.
